For 15+ years I’ve led cross-functional programs across product, design, content, and operations — usually in the space where strategy is clear enough to inspire people but not yet structured enough to ship. I design the delivery rhythms, team structures, and workflows that close that gap, for global brands including Estée Lauder, Condé Nast, AT&T, JPMorgan Chase, Target, and Samsung.
My current focus is AI-enabled operations: how organizations adopt AI tools, redesign workflows around them, and build the structure that makes it stick. I completed Harvard’s Agentic AI Intensive and hold a PSPO certification.
