I build operating systems for complex work.
Across production, program, and product leadership roles, I’ve helped global brands—including Estée Lauder, Condé Nast, Target, and Samsung—turn creative ambition into scalable, executable systems. My work lives at the intersection of strategic design thinking, applied technology, and organizational execution: shaping teams, workflows, and tools so ideas move efficiently from concept to real-world impact.
I’m also a founder and a mom. I created Wayfinder NYC, a mobility and accessibility startup for New York City families, featured in the Designing Motherhood exhibition at the Museum of Arts and Design. That experience continues to shape how I approach AI and emerging technology—designing human-centered workflows grounded in real constraints, built to deliver meaningful leverage at scale.
